THE TOY RUN FROM CADISHEAD IS NO MORE.

North west biker's toy run began life back in 1997, it was run single handed by local businessman Tom Yates who did everything from printing flyers to informing the local residents of traffic problems etc. understandably by 2004 he was fed up of doing it all, when I approached Tom to see if he would mind my Club having a go I could'nt understand why he was so glad (now I know why) My main concern at the time was how do I get enough Marshals? how do I organise them? Tom offered his services to organise the marshals. that I thought was the biggest problem dealt with (boy was I wrong).

Which brings me to another point. Wouldn't it be a buzz if North west Bikers had their own Charity number? Enabling North West Bikers to raise money for North West biker's needy kids! All we need is someone squeaky clean, with lots of time on their hands to commit to the administration of this. Maybe a disabled or retired biker? Could it be YOU?
